Ghost live by strict rules of conduct. Have you heard the rules that all ghost must live by?

Rule One: Casper 23:7

1)A ghost may only come out at night or in really bad lighting
2) They must put on their "robe of fuzz" before take a picture so to be sure the person may not get a clear picture
3) A ghost may not show himself in fun public situation; a ghost may only present himself in strange or otherwise creepy areas.

no gay ghost allowed
