Then Triple H grabs the mic from Bishoff and says "Dave Batista I made you come into Evolution for a reason I didn't know you and I didn't care about you but as soon as me & Ric took you we knew you would be a Top superstar so know the choice is yours Dave?" Batista gets both Smackdown & RAW Contracts and seems to be thinking. Then he throws the RAW Contract and JR & King then he gets the pen and does the thumbs down! He attacks Triple H & Ric Flair as Ric is down Batista grabs Triple H and Batista bombs him through the announcers table: Batista grabs the mic "Hunter I am DAMN Gonna stay on RAW!!!" "At Wrestlemania I will become the new world heavyweight champion"
